I recently went to Aloy Thai Cuisine, located at 2720 Canyon Boulevard in Boulder, CO. They offer a delicious, home style Thai cuisine, including Chicken Pad Thai, Fresh Spring Rolls and Khao Soi.
Aloy Thai Cuisine strives to deliver healthy choices to all of its patrons with excellent service and amazing entrée presentations. I was delighted to work with Tess, one of their general managers, to photograph some of their menu items this past Monday. Their main mission is to adhere to developing dishes that are flavorful AND health conscious.
I do have to admit that the best perk of being a food photographer is getting to sample a dish or two on the house. When asked what dish I would like to try the decision was, well…, a little hard to choose and went with the Pineapple Fried Rice pictured below. Complete with a savory blend of pineapple, carrots, bell peppers, onion, egg and cashews in a yellow curry sauce. I know I'll be recommending Aloy Thai Cuisine’s in the future, and I suggest you hurry in, too!
